Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer portals (BMW QMT, Mercedes-Benz SupplyOn, QDX)
Conduct and moderate quality meetings, audits, and escalation processes
Apply APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, and inspection planning
Ensure PPAP / PPF approvals according to VDA and IATF 16949 standards
Handle internal and external complaints (8D reports, root cause analysis)
Monitor quality metrics (PPM, FPY, audit rate, customer satisfaction)
Initiate and lead continuous improvement (KVP) and Lean projects
Optional: Evaluate and audit suppliers according to VDA 6.3
Profile / Qualifications
Several years of experience in automotive quality management
Experience with structural and crash-relevant components and groups (metal)
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and MSA
Experience with OEM processes and portals of Mercedes-Benz and BMW
MUST HAVE: Very good Hungarian language skills!
Very good German and English skills
